Prevention Frameworks: Aligning our Vision for WA State
Please join us for an interactive session as we explore some of the work that has been done over the past year inside DCYF’s Partnership, Prevention, and Services Division to develop a prevention framework. This work has been supported by Foster America, a national non-profit organization that partners with government, community, and families to create systemic change. This session aims to create clarity about what prevention means, details about how levels of prevention are defined, and understanding what DCYF’s role is as a provider and as a collaborator in the overall prevention system of WA state. Your input will be utilized to refine the framework and provided back to DCYF team members for considerations.
