How much are conference tickets?

The following rates cover both days of the event.

Early Admission (before 3/4/24) – $300

General Admission (after 3/5/24) – $375

Student/Law Enforcement* – $200

Please note

  • Registration remains open based on space availability and may close prior to the start of the event. Please register early to secure your spot.
  • Daily and half-day tickets are not available.
  • All attendees must be wearing their conference-issued badge to gain entry into workshops.
  • A limited number of scholarships are available. Please scroll down for more details on scholarships.

*Current student identification will be required upon check-in. Law Enforcement is considered uniformed officers.

How can I pay?

Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as credit card payment options. At the time of checkout, you should have your card’s number, billing address, and security code on hand.

Additionally, our conference staff is happy to assist by taking credit card payment information over the phone. Feel free to contact us at 360-252-9263.

Please be sure to include the reference number on your invoice with payment to ensure prompt credit to your account.

Registrations showing a balance due after 5:00 pm on April 15, 2024, will be canceled and removed from the event. .

Purchase Order
Children’s Justice Conference considers a purchase order a commitment to pay within 30 days of receiving an invoice. Invoices are generated automatically and emailed upon completion of registration. If, for any reason, you did not receive an invoice when submitting your registration, please email events@dcyfcjc.com to request a copy of your invoice.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 5:00 pm PST on April 12, 2024. Please direct cancellation requests to events@dcyfcjc.com. Requests received after 5:00 pm PST on April 12, 2024, will be determined on a case-by-case basis. All refunds are subject to a non-refundable $50.00 administrative fee.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend the conference and would like to transfer your registration, please contact us at events@dcyfcjc.com. Registration transfers will be accommodated until April 15, 2024.

Are scholarships available?

Are you in need of support with registration expenses or lodging? The Children’s Justice Conference provides a needs-based scholarship to assist attendees. Apply now by clicking here. Applications will be considered until all available funds are allocated.

Are continuing education (CE) credits available at the conference?

The Children’s Justice Conference provides five different types of CEUs.

 

  1. License-specific CEUs – This process will be completed at the conference and requires those who would like to obtain these CEUs to check in each day at the CEU table and fill out and submit paperwork during the conference.
  2. NASW-WA CEUs – 12.25 CEUs – (10.5 hours (A-G Sessions) + (1 hour) keynote + (0.75 hour) plenary speaker available)
  3. Legal CEUs (CLEs) provided through WSBA 10.5 CLEs – 1.5 CLEs per session are available. (Currently Pending Approval from WSBA)
  4. OSPI (education) CEUs – 12.25 Clock Hours – (10.5 hours (A-G Sessions) + (1 hour) keynote + (0.75 hour) plenary speaker available)
  5. Medical CEUs (CMEs) – 12.25 CMEs – (10.5 hours (A-G Sessions) + (1 hour) keynote + (0.75 hour) plenary speaker available)
Is lodging provided for conference attendees, and how can I book a hotel?

The Children’s Justice Conference strives to offer a seamless experience for all attendees, including convenient lodging options. While we do not have a designated conference hotel or room block, there are several nearby accommodations to suit your needs.

If you’ve yet to secure lodging for the conference, we recommend exploring available options through our trusted partner, aRes Travel.

Please note that aRes Travel is a third-party travel planner. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are subject to the individual hotel’s terms. Any inquiries regarding hotel policies or payments made through the aRes website should be directed to the aRes Reservation Center or the respective hotel.

Attendees are encouraged to arrange their own overnight accommodations. We advise booking early to secure availability.

Is parking available?

Parking details will be released on February 19, 2024.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

If you have a food allergy, please email us at events@dcyfcjc.com. We will do our best to assist you with meal options.

Is childcare available?

Childcare is not available at the Children’s Justice Conference. Due to the sensitive nature of the content, children are not permitted to attend workshops.

Is there an option to purchase a One-Day Pass for the Children’s Justice Conference?

At this time, we do not offer a One-Day Pass. Additionally, attendees cannot split a registration between two individuals for two different days.
