How much is conference registration?
Early-Bird Discount (at 12 noon PDT 3/28/25) – $399
Regular Rate (from 12 noon PDT on 3/28/25 until 12 noon PDT on 4/22/25) – $500
Student/Law Enforcement* – $200

- Daily and half-day tickets are not available.
- All attendees must be wearing their conference-issued badge to gain entry into workshops.
- A limited number of scholarships are available. Please scroll down for more details on scholarships.

How can I pay?
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as credit card payment options. At the time of checkout, you should have your card’s number, billing address, and security code on hand.
Purchase Order
Children’s Justice Conference considers a purchase order a commitment to pay within 30 days of receiving an invoice. Registrants may select to create and print an invoice during the final step of registration.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 12 noon PDT on April 22, 2025. Please direct cancellation requests to events@dcyfcjc.com. Requests received after 12 noon PDT on April 22, 2025, will be determined on a case-by-case basis. All refunds are subject to a non-refundable $50.00 administrative fee.
Is my registration transferable?
Yes. If you are unable to attend the conference and would like to transfer your registration, please contact us at events@dcyfcjc.com. Registration transfers will be accommodated until April 15, 2024.
Are scholarships available?
Are you in need of support with registration expenses or lodging? The Children’s Justice Conference provides a needs-based scholarship to assist attendees. Applications will be considered until all available funds are allocated.
Are continuing education (CE) credits available at the conference?
The Children’s Justice Conference provides different types of CEUs, and this process must be completed at the conference. The following license-specific CEUs are offered:
- NASW-WA CEUs: 12.25 CEUs available – 10.5 hours (A-G Sessions) + (1 hour) keynote + (0.75 hour) plenary speaker.
- Legal CEUs (CLEs) provided through WSBA: 10.5 CLEs available (1.5 CLEs per session). (Currently Pending Approval from WSBA).
- OSPI (education) CEUs: 12.25 Clock Hours available – 10.5 hours (A-G Sessions) + (1 hour) keynote + (0.75 hour) plenary speaker.
- Medical CEUs (CMEs): 12.25 CMEs available – 10.5 hours (A-G Sessions) + (1 hour) keynote + (0.75 hour) plenary speaker.
Those wishing to obtain these are required to check in each day at the CEU table and submit paperwork during the conference.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
Please indicate any dietary restrictions or severe/life-threatening food allergies on your registration form. Conference organizers will consult with catering suppliers regarding special dietary requirements and will make their best effort to provide suitable food options to support the well-being and safety of all attendees.
Is childcare available?
Childcare is not available at the Children’s Justice Conference. Due to the sensitive nature of the content, children are not permitted to attend workshops.
Is there an option to purchase a One-Day Pass for the Children’s Justice Conference?
At this time, we do not offer a One-Day Pass. Additionally, attendees cannot split a registration between two individuals for two different days.
