Juvenile Rehabilitation – A Wholistic Approach to Supporting Young People

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families’ Juvenile Rehabilitation Division is proud to present an overview of our Community Support for All Youth menu of programs. These programs are designed to provide therapeutic supports for young people as they transition through and out of JR’s continuum of care. JR’s Community Facilities and the Community Transition Services program are less restrictive placement options. Once released, Functional Family Parole provides strength based and relational supervision while in the community for all eligible young people. The Community Assisted Reentry program offers voluntary supports upon release for those who qualify. The audience will learn about the four pathways for supported re-entry, general demographics regarding the populations, and outcomes of the various programs.
