Harm Reduction Tools for Youth
Life is risky. Everyday activities like riding a bike can involve accidents, injuries, & harm. It would be silly to tell everyone to stop biking, yet adults tell teens to stop activities they deem “risky”. There are safer ways to enjoy life. Join us as we practice harm reduction, a skill that identifies real life risks & the tools needed to limit possible negative outcomes. You’ll learn about dating abuse, victim blaming, & how safety planning can help teens think and act more critically.
