Computer Forensics for Attorneys
Attorneys handling 21st century cases must develop a knowledge of the science and art of computer forensics. The presenters will describe critical aspects of a computer forensic examination and highlight digital artifacts such as the Registry, MRU list, connected devices, shell bags, Link Files, and others that may provide crucial evidence. These may include additional corroborating evidence or help demonstrate possession of the device at the time of a key event.
