Using an overview of “The Resilient Practitioner” This presentation will introduce concepts of self-compassion and skill refinement toward promoting trauma growth and vitality for the caring professional. Participants will explore how to sustain and develop optimal value focus and clarity of purpose within their meaningful but often ambiguous work. Seminar will explore four dimensions of health and benefits for planning sustainable practice strategies. Within and amongst potential system failure working alongside families still matters. Protecting children from harm matters. Giving yourself to this work matters. Application for real world professional engagement will be highlighted. Individual self-care skills will increase vitality and commitment for personal sustainable growth.
